Saving Data and Images

Saving Data

Data can be saved on your computer by using the Data menu and selecting Export.  Data tables can be saved with the CSV or TSV option:  Data->Export->CSV or Data->Export->TSV.

Saving Images

Visualizations of the genome-level view can be saved as a SVG file:  Data->Export->Circular->SVG. 

If the chromosome-level view window is open, the visualization can be saved as a SVG file:  Data->Export->Linear->SVG.

Visualizations of the Network view can be saved as a SVG file:  Data->Network

Google Drive

Data and Images can be saved to Google Drive by using the Data menu and selecting Export to Google Drive:  Data->Export to Google Drive

To allow Regulome Explorer to access your Google Drive, click on Login to Google Profile.  In the popup window, click on "Allow Access". 

To open a window with your Google Drive, click on Open Google Drive. 

The Data Table can be stored as a Spreadsheet:  Data->Export to Google Drive->Spreadsheet.
