3.2 Network

The Network Tab allows you to view associations in a network context.  

If you have chosen a particular gene in the Filter, you will see that gene as the central node of the network.  An example of positive gene expression associations with BRCA1 is shown below.

The default network layout is Force Directed.  This can be changed by using the Display->Network menu.  The other options available for network layout are Radial and Tree.

Clicking on an edge of the Network displays the Details Window for the data underlying the association.
